Battle Chess

This is one great chess game for Windows 3.1! The graphics are downright incredible! I was genuinely and completely impressed by this chess game! It's a 3D chess game with sound (available only in standard mode, see screenshot), animation, and a double pixel mode for larger displays. The game itself runs like a charm and has no stability or compatibility issues. Remember, as this is a demanding game, you should have really good hardware. If you want 3D graphics --it also has a "regular" 2D mode-- and sound, I recommend a 486 or higher and full Windows Standard Mode compatibility. Super VGA graphics are required for the 3D mode.
